Payment Options

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, apple and google pay. Gratuities are not included and cannot be added to credit cards (but can be added to debit cards). Packages and certain specialty services require a non-refundable deposit. Please note there is a 2.5% processing fee when using a credit card only.

Tranquility Gift Vouchers/Gift cards can be used for all services and retail products. We cannot give cash back on gift cards and gift vouchers purchased at a discounted rate cannot be used to purchase something else at a discount. Gift vouchers can be ordered online or purchased in store. They must be present at the time of check out and they are non-refundable. We’re not responsible for lost/stolen cards. Our gift vouchers expire 60 months after date of purchase.

We offer 10% off all retail products as a thank you to our loyal clients! Discount is immediately applied at check out. We also offer medical, education, military and senior discounts as well.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for any missed, rescheduled or cancelled appointments. After 3 without adequate notice will result in the loss of online booking & pre-booking privileges and you may be asked to leave a deposit before scheduling again.

You may be asked to reschedule if you are more than 10 minutes late.

Liability

Children - We love kids, but children under the age of 3 are not permitted in the salon and Spa unless they are receiving a service. Children aged 4-15 must have adult supervision at all times for liability and safety reasons. Children are never permitted in our spa.

Clothing - We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged/stained personal items, like coats, clothing, purses and more.

Allergies - Please let our staff know of any food or skin allergies you may have. Our skincare line is made with organic food ingredients, and some people may have allergies to certain ingredients in hair treatments/hair colors.
