Salon & Spa Specifics
Appointments
We ask all guests to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment. 24-hour notice of a cancellation is greatly appreciated. We may have to ask you to reschedule if you are more than 10 minutes late.
Payment Options
We accept cash, Visa/MasterCard, and debit cards for your convenience. Gratuities are not included in the price of services or gift certificates and cannot be added to credit cards, but they are always appreciated. All packages or multiple appointments require a credit card deposit, which is charged at 50% if there is a late cancellation or no show.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates can be ordered by phone, in person, or from our website. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service, are non-refundable, and are valid only at the location in which they were purchased. Children
We love children, but they are not permitted in the Salon & Spa without an appointment for liability and safety reasons.
Spa
We ask that you do not bring valuables with you, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen personal property. Cell phones must be silenced within Tranquility.
